How to make chicken satay

Ingredients 

  • 3 Chicken Breasts
  • Garlic
  • 1tsp Ginger
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 5 tbsp Honey
  • 1 tbsp Garam Masala
  • 165ml Coconut Milk
  • 2 tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 2 tbsp Peanut Butter

How to

This is a super easy dish to make and what makes it even better is it only used 2 dishes so there is hardly any washing up! 

To start chop your chicken into small chunks. In a bowl mix the rest of the ingredients then add the chicken and leave to marinate. The longer you can leave it the better!

I served this with rice, simply just boil your rice in another pan when you’re ready to cook the chicken.

Add the chicken to a pan with oil and fry but don’t add all the sauce. Once the chicken is cooked you want to add the rest of the sauce to the pan over a medium heat. Once the sauce starts to bubble you want to reduce the heat and leave it to simmer. The sauce will begin to thicken. 

Once your rice is boiled add to a bowl and top with your satay chicken. You can then sprinkle sesame seeds on the top to decorate.
